Can you really make $40,000 per month on Shopify just by working 20 minutes per day?
That is what eCom Profit Sniper claims.
But is eCom Profit Sniper a scam, or is this a system that will teach you a little known secret about making money online?
In this eCom Profit Sniper review, I will show you some of the things the program does not tell you in their presentation video and sales material.
These are some important red flags you need to know before investing in the program.
eCom Profit Sniper at a Glance
Summary
eCom Profit Sniper claims you can become rich very quickly by just working 20 minutes a day if you use their system.
It will teach you how to make this kind of money using Shopify, which is definitely a way to make money. However, eCom Profit sniper has a lot of red flags and is a system you have to be careful about investing in, in my opinion.
It will definitely NOT make you rich overnight and without effort even though you might get that impression from their sales video. It is definitely NOT a system I would recommend.

What is eCom Profit Sniper and what does it offer?
eCom Profit Sniper is supposedly owned by a guy named Tom Parker. This is, of course, a very generic name, and I have not been able to find any more info about him or his company.
The system is claimed to help you make a lot of money online by building a Shopify online shop. So let’s go over what the system supposedly will do for you.
Feature 1 – Easy setup:
The big selling point of eCom Profit Sniper is that you do not need to have any experience in online marketing to make money using the system. That in itself is not an outrageous claim, but what seems unrealistic to me is that you are told that the system will do all the work for you.
So you do not even need to spend any time learning. You can just sign up for the system, and if you are willing to follow the steps given by Tom Parker 20 minutes per day, you will be able to make a lot of money already your first day.
This, of course, sounds amazing, but I am skeptical towards claims like this, but I will go more into this later. Let us for now focus on what the system claims to teach you.
Feature 2 – Help with targeted traffic:
Once you have everything set up, which supposedly can happen in just a few minutes, you need traffic to your Shopify shop. If you want to make money online, getting relevant traffic is, in general, one of the biggest challenges.
Tom says he has a secret way of getting you high converting customers. In the demonstration video, he does not mention what this is, but since I have worked with online marketing for years, I can see from the screenshots that what he is talking about is Facebook ads.
Facebook ads definitely can be very effective, but they can hardly be called a secret.
And to use them effectively takes a lot of skills, and it also takes a pretty good budget to test before you get the right traffic. So if that is the only secret to get traffic to the site, I think it is a very exaggerated claim to call this a secret method.
Feature 3 – Make a lot of money:
This is basically it – the system will more or less do all the set up for you, Tom will show you his “secret” trick to get customers through ads, and then the money will start rolling in.
Tom claims you will start making money already your first day, and one of the testimonials in the video is also telling how he made $10,000 in just a few days.
This all, of course, sounds very good, but before rushing off to get started on eCom Profit Sniper, there are some things you need to know.
Can you really make money on Shopify?
eCom Profit Sniper is built around Shopify as a way to earn money online. So let’s first look into if Shopify actually is a way to make money online.
And it definitely is a legit way to make money online. I know several people that are doing really well with Shopify and making good incomes that way.
So the claim that you can make good money on Shopify is true – you definitely can make money on Shopify, and you can also make good money.
However, Tom claims the reason Shopify is a great method is because it is an unknown secret.
He says only a handful of marketers know about Shopify and that is why the opportunities are so big.
This is simply not true – Shopify is a very well-known platform among internet marketers and a lot of people are using it. That does not mean it does not have opportunities, because it definitely does, but it is not true that it is a secret.
Also, making money on Shopify might not be as easy as Tom Parker claims, as I will explain later.

Is eCom Profit Sniper legit?
Now you know what eCom Profit Sniper says it can do for you, and you know Shopify actually is a way to build an online income.
But is the eCom Profit Sniper a legit system or a scam?
I would say it depends on how you define legit or scam. It reminds a lot about many other systems I have reviewed that promote a legit way of making money but also makes exaggerated claims, and in my opinion, is not honest about what it offers.
However, I am not a lawyer but from a legal perspective it looks like eCom Profit Sniper is probably legit, because it also has a disclaimer saying you will not necessarily make money, and the claims are just examples.
But that a system might be legally legit does not mean it is worth spending money on.
No matter what, eCom Profit Sniper is, in my opinion, a risky choice, and the system has a lot of warnings signs that makes it a system I want to stay away from.
But before getting deeper into more of the warning signs, let us take a look at what it really costs to join eCom Profit Sniper.
The true cost of eCom Profit Sniper
At first sight, it looks like it is fairly straight forward to see what you have to pay to join eCom Profit Sniper.
In the presentation video of eCom Profit Sniper Tom tells us that this is just a one-time small payment to make sure you are dedicated, and it also a very cheap price as the system can help you make $2000 per day.
However, you should not expect this to be entirely true. First of all, if you decide to give it a go, you can just try to exit the website and will then get a pop-up asking, if you really want to leave. If you say you want to stay, you now get a discounted price and only have to pay $27 to join.
This is what is called a downsell, and it is very often used by programs that really want you to join, so they give you a low price and then later there will be a lot more selling for a lot higher prices.
And this is also the case for eCom Profit Sniper. I got access to their affiliate program, as I have this website, and I could see what commissions they offer to people promoting them.
In this information to people promoting the system, you can see they tell you, you can make up to $844 per sale. That is a very high commission, and you only get a commission from the amount people pay.
So even though Tom Parker says there is only a one-time small joining fee, you can figure out that there will be a lot more selling after you join, and you will strongly be encouraged to invest more money.
If they can afford to pay up to $844 per sale, it means a sale is worth more to them, so it can end up being a lot of money you have to spend.
So do not expect the price of $37 or $27 will be your final price.
Red Flags you NEED to know
I first came across eCom Profit Sniper after seeing a link to the system on the platform Payingood (which has now closed). To find a link to eCom Profit Sniper on that platform was in itself a big warning sign for me.
However, there are also plenty of other red flags when it comes to eCom Profit Sniper. I have already shown you some of them, but let me make it even more clear what red flags I believe you need to be aware of before joining.
I want to make it clear that this is based on my personal opinion and experience with online marketing. So do just see it as an opinion and use it to help you make an informed decision for yourself.
Below I have made a small video, where I show these red flags. You can also read all the details below the video.
Red flag #1 – No real info about owner:
There is no real info about the owner or the company behind the system. You are just told it is a guy called Tom Parker who has worked in marketing for many years. There is no picture or any actual evidence of who his is.
When I cannot find information about who is behind a system or website, I always become suspicious.
Knowing who will actually be teaching you is important so you can check if the person really has results and if it is a trustworthy person or not. When the identity instead is hidden, you should definitely become very skeptical, in my opinion.
Red flag #2 – Become rich without any work:
The claim that you can become rich more or less overnight online without doing any work is probably the biggest red flag, in my opinion.
Working online can definitely give you a good income, but as with any other kind of business, it takes work.
If you are expecting to become rich within a few weeks, and are only willing to work 20 minutes a day, you will very likely end up instead wasting a lot of time and money on programs that promise you this.
If you are willing to put in effort and time, there are however great ways to make money online, but you should never go for the programs that promise it will happen overnight and that you do not have to do any work for it to happen.
Red flag #3 – Demo does not really show anything:
The presentation video of eCom Profit Sniper says it will show you a live demo about how the system works.
The demo does however not show anything. You can just see some screenshots that could have been taken from anywhere.
It is a big red flag, when you have to pay for a program before actually knowing what you will get, or before you get a chance to check out a test version.
Red flag #4 – Hidden costs:
That you do not really know what the final price will be is a big red flag for me. You can see the joining price and are told this is just a one-time fee. But from the info above, you can also see that you should not expect this to be the final price.
When systems are hiding the true costs, I find it dishonest, and will stay away from it.
Red flag #5 – Exaggerated testimonials:
In the video you can see several testimonials from supposed members of the platform. These testimonials are very exaggerated and does not seem very trustworthy in my opinion.
To me these testimonials do not seem natural when looking at how people usually express themselves in testimonials. I can of course not say for sure they are not real, but I can say they to me do not seem natural, and then let you judge for yourself.
Red flag #6 – Disclaimer shows the claims are not true:
The big selling point of eCom Profit Sniper is that you can just join and then start making money right away without having any skills or doing any work.
If you look in the disclaimer of eCom Profit Sniper, you can see it contradicts these claims.
It here suddenly says that any income online will be the result of hard work and time – I agree with this, but that is not what you are told unless you look at the disclaimer.
A contradiction like this between what is said in the sales video and the disclaimer is a big red flag you definitely need to be aware of. The disclaimer basically reveals exactly what my point about this review is – that it will NOT make you rich overnight and without effort and you need to know.
Final verdict
I usually end my reviews by listing the pros and cons to give a better overview. There are however no pros I can think of when it comes to eCom Profit Sniper.
Yes, it is true that you can make money online by building a Shopify shop, but you should not expect it to happen automatically and make you $10,000 within a few days.
If you are interested in building an online income, you should be prepared to learn and to make an effort.
The best place to learn to build a legit online income in my opinion is the training platform Wealthy Affiliate. Here you can learn to build an online income step-by-step no matter your previous experience. It could for example be by building a Shopify shop or by building a website about a topic you a passionate about.
A great thing is that you can join as a free member and check out the training, so you know what it has to offer, before you decide whether you want to stay as a member or not. It will take effort, but it can definitely be worth it.
No matter what, I would suggest you to think carefully about the warning signs I have showed you above, before you invest any money in eCom Profit Sniper.
If you have any comments, questions, or have any experiences with eCom Profit Sniper yourself, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
I think the reason most of these online developers and marketers get us cheaply is our greed. If we can put our greed under check, people will stay safer online.
Another thing I’ve come to learn from online business is the syndrome of get rich quick. If we can put this under check, we’ll not fall prey to all these scams.
On a final note, nothing is free even in Freetown. Let’s always be on guard against all these high sounding promises. Before you can earn decent money online, you must invest time; quality time. So, for someone to promise you $$$$ within few hours sure raises red flag.
Thanks for saving our asses.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.
I definitely agree that it would save us from falling for a lot of scams, if we do not get seduced by the idea about getting rich in no time and without any work – it will just not happen for most of us, and the programs that promise this are usually scams.
All the best,
Mikael
Affiliate markerting and making money with Shopify is a great way to make money. Not a few people have succeeded, and so far, Shopify is still very attractive.
However, I do not believe there is any way to make quick and easy money. If it’s really that easy then maybe they will be dedicated to themselves and may not share it.
I am also very suspicious of such programs as you are referring to here.
Your article is very detailed and it will make people more cautious with programs that promise to make money fast.
Thank you.

Hi Tivana,
Thanks for your comment.
I agree that it is always suspicious when people say they have found the secret to become rich overnight and then want to share it. It is definitely a warning sign.
And great to hear about your experiences with Shopify as a legit way to make money in general.
All the best,
Mikael
I subscribed to the email list of an internet marketer recommending me this product. Thank God I am doing my research before buying this product.
Based on the claims that Tom is making, I bet starting a blog that makes money is some secret that 95% of the masses do not know about.
Are there any honest Shopify training courses out there?
Good to hear you decided to do some more research Jessie.
There are definitely honest Shopify training courses. In general, I first of all recommend Wealthy Affiliate, which will teach you all about building great websites, getting traffic, and building an online income. It is not specifically about Shopify, but I know many people there that apply what they learn and get success with Shopify.
This is in my opinion the best way to build a solid foundation and long-term income online. But if you are looking for a shorter course only about Shopify, you can also look for courses on a platform like Udemy.
Hope this helps and gives you a few ideas.
All the best,
Mikael
I think that there is no real information about the owner says it all and I also made a research and could not find anything about it. However I wonder something now you mentioned about facebook ads and do you think that it works for marketing and do you recommend training for that? Because I think my site can benefit from it.
Hi Furkan,
Facebook ads can definitely work. They can however also end up being expensive, until you get to know how to use them the best way, so if you start using them, I would suggest you to start small and test and then add more budget as you get more experience.
As for training about Facebook ads, I think it is a good idea to get a bit of training before starting, as it can really save you a lot of time and money. Wealthy Affiliate has some good training about Facebook and about how it is connected to your overall online business. But if you want more specific training just about for example Facebook ads, you can find some nice and cheap courses on Udemy.
Hope this helps.
All the best,
Mikael
