I have joined to test the platform myself and see what it really offers.
In this 2captcha review, I will give you an inside look and show you exactly what you get and how much you can expect to earn so you can see if it will really be worth your time or not.

2captcha.com is a website that offers you to earn by solving captcha.
Captchas are images containing distorted text that should be entered or a set of different images where you should select only those fitting some condition.
This is done to confirm that you’re not a robot – I am sure you have encountered these many times online yourself.
2captcha is a platform that connects customers who need to recognize many captchas in real-time and workers who wants to earn money by recognizing captchas.
Let me just reveal right away that 2captcha is one of the legit captcha sites so you can actually earn here. And contrary to a site like, for example, Captcha Club, it is completely free to join.
This does, however, not mean it will necessarily be worth your time.
And you need to know all the details so you go into it with the right expectations if you decide to join.
So let’s start by going over the earning methods you have and then move on to some other important aspects you also need to know and consider before deciding if it is for you or not.
Option 1 – Solve captchas
The main way to earn on 2captcha is naturally by solving captchas.
Once you become a member, you get access to quite a lot of captchas you can solve.
There are plenty of tasks.
You can work both on a desktop computer or on your mobile if you prefer.
Personally, I would say that it is a lot easier to do on desktop but 2captcha also has a specific mobile interface that makes it possible to work there if you prefer.
In general, it is not hard tasks once you get used to it.
So at first, it can seem like easy money. But this is not necessarily the case – I will go more into this later so you can see exactly what you can expect in terms of earnings.
Let’s for now focus on the ways you can earn and there is one more way.
Option 2 – Refer other people
In addition to solving captchas, you can also earn by inviting others to join 2captcha.
You can earn extra by inviting others to join.
This is what is called an affiliate program, where you can earn a commission if someone joins the platform through your linvitation ink.
If someone joins through your link, you will earn a 10% commission of everything they earn on the platform.
They will earn the same as the commission will be paid by 2captcha.
It can be a great way to make a bit extra but with the pay the platform in general offers, you need to invite A LOT of people to make any real money like this.
But if you like what the platform has to offer and would like to recommend it to others, it can be a way to make a bit extra.
How will you get paid?
In addition to knowing how you can earn, it is also very important to know how you can get your earnings out so you are sure it is a convenient way for you before you start spending any time working on the platform.
2captcha offers several payout methods.

As you can see in the image above, you can, for example, get paid in Bitcoin, through Payeer, Perfect Money, and more.
One thing I like about the payout methods on 2captcha is that the threshold is very low. The threshold starts already at $0.50 depending on your chosen method.
It is always good when the threshold is low so you can quickly confirm you will get your money out and do not have to work too long before you will get paid.
However, as I will show you later, it can still take some patience to get to the threshold even though it is very low.
How much can you earn from 2captcha?
Next, it is very important to know how much you can expect earning so you go into it with the right expectations.
This is important to know for any online earning opportunity as people often have unrealistic expectations about how fast it is to earn online.
In general, it is definitely possible to make a good full-time income online but this will NOT happen on 2captcha and the platform is also very transparent about this.
They clearly display what the average earnings will be.

For most of the captchas, you will be able to solve, the average rate will be around $0.20 per 1,000 captchas.
According to the image above, you can see they say it on average will take around 14 seconds to solve 1 captcha.
In my experience, after having tested it myself, some captchas can definitely be solved with this speed or faster. But there is also some wait in between the tasks, and at first it will likely also take a bit longer.
So it might take longer for you if you are not a super fast typer.
But let’s assume you are able to do it with the fastest speed of around 14 seconds per captcha. That means it will take you around 4 hours to solve 1,000 captchas.
This means you will have to work for 4 hours (and you will likely not be able to do this non-stop with this type of work) just to earn around $0.20.
You can also at times get access to re-captchas that pay more. But to get the best chance of this, you first need to build up your reputation and then you can choose only to get these types of tasks.
You get 1 reputation point per 1,000 captcha and you need 3 points to be able to use the filter and only get access to the higher-paying captchas.
No matter what, it is clearly not a way to make a lot of money – but it is a real way to make a bit of extra money. You just need to know what you are getting into so you do not expect it to make you rich or expect it to be easy money.

How to get started on 2captcha?
If you decide you want to give it a go after reading this review, you need to know how the 2captcha registration process works as it take a little bit of time to get started.
After you sign up and log in, you cannot start working right away. You first have to finish the training to make sure you know how it works and have a bigger chance of getting all your work approved.
You have to complete the training before you can start earning.
I have completed this training myself and it does not take too long. You can probably finish it in around 10-15 minutes.
What I like about the training is that it actually gives some good examples and explanations about how to read captchas properly and what to do for the different tasks so it will make it a lot easier for you.
After you have done around 28 small training tasks where you get hints and tips, you get to the final exam.
There is a small exam at the end of the training.
This is around 14 small tasks without any hints.
Once you have completed this, you are able to start working for money.
The training is a great way to prepare for the work you have to do, in my opinion. But you have to be aware that you will not get paid for the time you spend on the training.
But once you complete the training, you can start working and earning.
Who can join?
You can join 2captcha.com no matter the country you live in.
You, however, have to indicate what languages you know once you start working.
You can choose tasks in different languages.
This will make sure you only get tasks you can understand. Because if not, you will likely fail the tasks and it can potentially mean you will end up getting suspended.
No matter what, it is, however, necessary that you at least have a decent level of English as the information and instructions on the overall platform are in English.
But other than that, you can join no matter what.
Final verdict
2captcha is a legit way to earn by solving captchas.
But the platform also has some limitations you need to consider to find out if it is the right way to earn online for you or not.
So let’s finish this review by summing up the pros and cons so you can get a better overview before deciding.
