I just encountered a new platform called PayCate that claims you can earn $500 per day by referring people to their site (PayCate.com) and doing simple tasks.
They also claim you can make money from the referrals of the people you recruit to their platform.
You may have visited their site and find their claims to be promising, but you want to make sure if they can really deliver on their promise.
Well, you’ve come to the right place because in this PayCate review, I will share with you all the details about this platform, so you will know what you’re getting into before joining.
Honestly, there are lots of things about this program that you really need to know about before joining!
Let’s start.
PayCate in a Glimpse
Summary
PayCate is a platform that claims you can earn $500 per day by referring people to their site (PayCate.com) and doing simple tasks.
They also claim you can make money from the referrals of the people you recruit to their platform.
As for me, I cannot recommend this platform because it is at par with other get-rich-quick types of platforms I have reviewed in the past, and it contains several red flags I have discussed in this review.
One of the most significant red flags for me is the fact that you don’t know who is running PayCate.com. It’s clear that the owners are hiding their identity to the public.
Just think about it – if they are really confident about this program and its capacity to provide you a sustainable income online, then they will be willing to reveal the true owner of this platform.
That is why I urge you to find other great opportunities that can truly provide the results you’re looking for and where you are sure what you will get before investing time.
What is PayCate and what does it offer?
When I first visited PayCate’s website, I immediately became skeptical because their website looks outdated and unprofessional.
In fact, it feels like looking at a site from early 2000, but the boldest claim on their site is the claim that you can easily earn $500 per just by referring people to their platform.
I’m not saying that it’s hard to earn $500 per day since successful online marketers can easily make that kind of money through various online ventures like affiliate marketing.
But if it’s just referring people to their platform and hoping they join it, so you’ll get a commission from PayCate it is unrealistic, in my opinion.
Although joining this platform is free and it sounds like an awesome way to make money online, there’s something about it that doesn’t feel right.
In my opinion, they want you to believe that recruiting people and doing simple data entry tasks can provide you a decent income online, but that is not the case in the real world.
They even claim they have been around since 2015, but I don’t see any proof on their site that can back this claim.
So, before getting too excited about PayCate, let’s dive deeper into what you can really expect as a member.
PayCate Red flags
Honestly, recruiting people and doing simple data entry tasks is NOT an assurance that you can earn $500 per month.
You need to do a lot more than that, and if you’re planning to share your referral links to social media sites, then you’re just putting your social accounts in a precarious situation.
Social media sites like Facebook and Twitter are very vigilant when it comes to random sharing of promotional links, and they may even block or ban your account for doing such activities.
That is why when I saw several of these claims on their site, I already became suspicious and did my own research about PayCate and tested what it really offers because it seems they are using a get-rich-quick type of business model.
From the moment I saw their website, I saw several red flags right away I think you should know about.
So, here are the red flags I have uncovered from their site that you need to consider first before joining.
Red Flag #1 – There are no clear instructions on what you need to do
After I created a free account on PayCate, I realized that the only highlighted task on their member’s dashboard is to promote their referral link, which means that you’ll need to promote their platform on various social media sites and recruit as many people as you can.
Although, I’m not saying that promoting referral links is not a great idea because it can be a good way of making money online if you do it right through legit online ventures like affiliate marketing.
However, you’ll need to invest your time, effort, and some patience because it will take time before you can achieve the results, you’re looking for in your career online as an affiliate marketer.
But this is NOT the case with PayCate since the only requirement they need from you is to spread your referral link and get more people into their platform, which is quite sketchy, in my opinion.
Honestly, they should have been more transparent in providing you all the details you need about their business model and what role you have if you decide to join their platform.
After you join, it looks like the only logical option is to share your referral link to social media sites and other platforms to get more people into their site.
Also, they do not give you any training about how to promote referral links in an effective way, which means you will have a very hard time succeeding.
This is an obvious red flag that you really need to think about first before joining.

Red Flag #2 – Their company was just created last month
One of the most daring claims on their site is that they’ve been operating since 2015 but based on my research using a reputable domain tracking website called whois.com this is not true.
PayCate was just registered last July 31st so their company was just formed last month as of writing this review, and this is a clear proof that they haven’t paid anyone yet.
If they’ve just been operating for a couple of weeks then it’s clear they have invented all their stats, in my opinion.
In fact, they make earning money look so easy just to get you to join and promote them when in reality making money takes effort and time.
Platforms that promise easy or quick cash tend to fail in the long run and joining this platform might very well be a waste of time and energy, in my opinion.
This is another red flag to consider before you make the final decision.
Red flag #3 – You don’t know who is running this platform
Another red flag I would like to discuss in this review is the lack of reference on who the owner or people behind this platform are.
In fact, they don’t even show photos or contact details of their CEO or whoever is the creator of this platform.
Are you willing to join a network when you don’t even know who you are dealing with?
Just think about it – if they are really confident that their program can really help you make lots of money online, then they will surely reveal the real owners of this program because they will surely build up the credibility of their so-called network.
This is another major red flag because if the owners are NOT willing to reveal themselves to the public, then there might be something very wrong with this program, in my opinion.
Red flag #4 – There are no legal pages on their site
Another red flag I would like to point out on the PayCate website is the lack of legal information, which is important in any type of site or platform.
In fact, legal pages will provide you an overview of the policies that a company adheres to.
You will also need to see their income disclaimer, which will give you an idea if they can guarantee your success or not.
You’ll need to know the odds of getting the income they have promised on their sales page and your chances of achieving the level of success they have claimed on their site.
You will also need to know their privacy policy and what they will do with your details once you provide it to them through the form on their sales page.
You’ll need to know if they are going to sell your details to third parties or share it with their advertising partners.
But there is no info like this on the PayCate website, which means you have no idea what will happen with your personal details after you join.
In my opinion, you should take this red flag seriously before you make the final decision.
Final verdict – Legit or Scam?
I have now showed you all the red flags I have uncovered from the PayCate site. I think you are now more than capable of making the right decision.
So, is PayCate a scam or an opportunity you should take advantage of?
Honestly, your answer will greatly depend on your own perspective since I already shared all the details and red flags I found about this program.
Will you find value in the claims and promises they have showcased on their website, or will you find it risky instead?
To better help you with your decision, here’s the overview of my review:
Pros
- Joining this platform is free
Cons
- They don’t have any clear instructions on what you need to do
- The only task available on the members’ dashboard is to promote the platform
- You don’t know who is running PayCate
- There are no legal pages on their website
- You do not know what they will do with your personal details after joining
As for me, I cannot recommend this platform because it is at par with other get-rich-quick types of platforms I have reviewed in the past, and it contains several red flags I have discussed in this review.
One of the most significant red flags for me is the fact that you don’t know who is running PayCate.com. It’s clear that the owners are hiding their identity to the public.
Just think about it – if they are really confident about this program and its capacity to provide you a sustainable income online, then they will be willing to reveal the true owner of this platform.
In addition to this, it gives you the impression that you will be able to make money online more or less just by promoting your referral link to various social media sites which is unrealistic and the fact that they only want you to recruit a lot of people to their site will should make you suspicious of their motives.
Also, you can’t find any legal pages on their site (privacy policy, income disclaimer, terms, and conditions) and this is an essential element in any legitimate business website.
You can only speculate what they will do to your personal details once you decide to join their platform.
Without any privacy policy, you’ll never know if they’re going to sell or share your personal details to third parties, which is quite alarming.
That is why I urge you to find other great opportunities that can truly provide the results you’re looking for and where you are sure what you will get before investing time.
