Summary

EZ Bay Payday is a program that claims it can provide you an opportunity to earn $500 within 24 hours. According to its creator, Steve Richards, you only need to activate the magnet app to make money online.

Steve also claims that people with no prior experience can make a lot of money using dropshipping on eBay and this is through his secret system.

In my opinion, this is unrealistic because you need to do a lot of research to find the most lucrative products to sell on eBay, and you’ll need to consider other essential tasks like handling refunds, which require technical skills and training to achieve.

Honestly, I don’t recommend this program because it contains red flags that, in my opinion, make it a risky investment.

I, therefore, urge you to find other legit opportunities online that can truly provide you the results that you deserve instead.

What is EZ Bay Payday and what does it offer?

According to the creator of EZ Bay Payday, Steve Richards, you only need to do 3 steps in order to make money online.

  1. You’ll just log into their system.
  2. Choose the product you want to sell.
  3. Activate your EZ Bay Payday cash magnet app.

After activating the magnet app, you can now make money, and it’s quickly being funneled to your account.

Well, Steve wants you to believe that making money online can this easily be achieved through their system.

Honestly, that claim made me skeptical about this program, because his promises seem too good to be true.

Based on my research, I found that this program uses dropshipping and eBay to bring in their so-called huge earnings and anyone is qualified to even those with no prior experience with online selling.

If you’re new to dropshipping, it’s actually a legit opportunity online where you sell products through popular platforms like Amazon and eBay, but the main feature of this business model is you don’t keep physical stock of your products.

Your trade partner from abroad who will also be a wholesaler will have a warehouse that will store these products for you.

The main task you need to do is to list these products on eBay at a higher price, and your trade partner will fulfill each order on your behalf.

The thing I don’t like about EZ Bay payday is that it’s giving you an impression that it’s easy to set up the whole dropshipping process, which is, in my opinion, unrealistic.

In reality, you’ll need some technical skills to find the most lucrative product for you and some experience in dealing with wholesalers from abroad like China, whom your product will come from.

These are things you can’t classify as EASY because it takes time and effort to acquire the skills you’ll need to succeed in this field.

This is just one of the things I see as a very important thing you need to know and consider before investing any money. Below I will go over some further important aspects.

EZ Bay Payday red flags

The first time I saw the sales page of EZ Bay Payday and saw the incredible income claims on their sales video, I became suspicious because it’s clear that they are only showing positive outcomes without explaining how their system works.

I made it a point to write a review like this so I can share with you some of the red flags that I have uncovered from their sales page so you know what you are getting into and what you can really expect before investing.

Here are some of the red flags you should know about before joining.

Red flag #1 – This program is NOT beginner-friendly

According to Steve, it’s easy to sell on eBay through his revolutionary system, and anybody can do it even those without technical skills or experience in listing products on eBay.

ez bay payday no experience required

According to Steve, you don’t need any experience in dropshipping to be successful with his program.

In my opinion, this is far from reality because you need to do a lot more before you can create a decent income through eBay.

In fact, you need to do a lot of research to find the most lucrative products to sell on eBay, and you’ll need to consider other essential tasks like handling refunds, which could take a lot of your time.

So, if you want to earn at least $500 a day, you must at least sell a lot of products because selling volume is the way to go on eBay.

You need to understand that it’s hard to sell high-value items on this platform, especially if you’re still new and haven’t sold a significant number of items yet.

As a beginner, you’ll likely be selling low-cost items, so the margin of profit would definitely not be that high.

Not to mention that you’ll be in charge of customer service since you’re the one who listed those products there, so you’ll be responsible for any refunds and other issues that customers might encounter with your products.

Honestly, doing product research, handling customer service, and most importantly listing your products on eBay is NOT something that is easily done by a total beginner. You’ll need proper training to do all these tasks on your own.

Therefore, when Steve claims that people with no prior experience on eBay can make a lot of money there through his secret system, I became skeptical and I think it’s a careless statement to make.

That’s why you should take this red flag seriously before you decide to join this program.

Red flag #2 – Expect expensive upsells

Based on my research, I found out that after you paid the initial fee of $37 to join EZ Bay Payday, you’ll be given access to several training videos about dropshipping.

So, I can safely say that the secret system that Steve is boasting on their sales video is a training program that will mostly tackle dropshipping and selling products from off-shore wholesalers to the eBay platform.

Actually, dropshipping is a legit business model, and it’s being used by successful online business owners to make a lot of money online.

But the issue I have with this program is the hidden upgrades or upsells that they will be offering you once you’ve purchased the program.

And it’s clear that these upsells are more expensive than the $37 that you will initially shell out once you decide to join this program.

How do I know that it’s more expensive?

Well, I’ve visited their affiliate page, and they are willing to pay their affiliates who promote them $450 per sale, which means they will get the money to pay for their affiliate commissions from the upsells that they are offering after the initial fee.

That is why you can expect to spend a lot more since they will surely encourage you to buy those upsells to move forward with their program.

This is a major red flag for me, and I urge you to take it into consideration because they are NOT transparent enough to reveal these upsells on their sales page.

So, you need to be aware that you will most likely need a bigger budget upon joining this program.

Red flag #3 – They are using fake testimonials

When I saw the testimonials on the sales video of EZ Bay Payday, I became skeptical because some of their so-called successful clients are too familiar.

In fact, I already saw them in other programs that I have reviewed in the past.

Here are some of the proofs I’ve gathered from the web:

ez bay payday tamara testimonial

Tamara Stone’s testimonial on their sales video.

ez bay payday tamara fiverr freelancer

Tamara is actually a freelancer from Fiverr.

ez bay payday trevon testimonial

Trevon’s testimonial on their sales video.

ez bay payday trevon fiverr freelancer

Trevor is also a freelancer from Fiverr.

Also, when I did an in-depth background check on these individuals, I found out that they are freelancers from Fiverr, so they are being paid to do these testimonials.

Honestly, using fake testimonials is, in my opinion, considered unethical, and it’s also a breach of trust between the owners of this program and you as their potential member.

It’s also an underhanded tactic that shouldn’t be used in promoting products and it is a complete deal-breaker, in my opinion.

Again, this is a red flag that you should take seriously, since using fake testimonials is NOT something you should tolerate, and this clearly shows that they are not transparent with their potential customers.

Red flag #4 – Steve Richards is NOT a real person

On their sales page, it’s clear that Steve Richards is the creator of this program and you can also see his photo on their site.

Regardless of the proofs, they have placed on their landing page, I still wanted to make sure the photo they’ve put there is really Steve Richards.

So, I did a background check on the web, and I found out that the photo they placed on their site comes from another website. And the real owner of the photo is Stace Parlen, who is an intern for Brave Space LLC.

The so-called Steve Richards on their site.

The photo on their site is actually Stace Parlen from another site.

Honestly, I’m a bit disgusted on what they’ve done, because it seems like they stole a photo of another person and use it as a reference for Steve Richards which is unethical, in my opinion.

In reality, the real owners of this program are not interested in revealing their true identity to the public, since showing their contact details will have a tremendous positive impact on their reputation, and a lot of people might have been more interested in their program.

But they chose to stay anonymous, and this clearly shows that they MIGHT be hiding something from you.

It is not only from the image you can see Steve is not a real person. In fact, EZ Bay Payday is revealing this themselves at the bottom of the page.

Here it says that the name of the spokesperson is just a pen name. So you really do not have any idea who the owner is.

I hope you take this red flag into consideration before you make the final decision, because hiding the real identity of the owners is not something that a worthwhile program will do, in my opinion.

Red flag #5 – Claiming to be recommended by authoritative media outlets

On their sales page, you’ll see several logos of authoritative media outlets like Bloomberg, Fox Business, The Wall Street Journal, etc.

media outlets photo ez bay payday

They want you to believe that they are recommended by authoritative media outlets.

It seems they are using these logos to give you the impression that they are being recommended by these media outlets.

So, I did a research of my own and visited the sites of these media outlets, and I searched any content or press release about EZ Bay Payday, but there is none.

Therefore, I can safely say that they are using these logos as an added aesthetics to their landing page, so potential members may think that they are popular, in my opinion.

This is another red flag to think about when you’re already planning to join this program.

Red flag #6 – They can’t guarantee you success

Lastly, I would like to point out another red flag I found on the sales page of EZ Bay Payday, which is found on their income disclaimer notice located at the bottom of their page.

no guarantee photo ez bay payday

They cannot guarantee your success.

It’s stated there on their earnings disclaimer that they cannot guarantee your success, which is the opposite of what they are saying on their sales video.

Honestly, I think they truly understand what it takes to succeed in dropshipping and eBay, because they even state on their income disclaimer that your success would rely on the time and efforts, you’ve invested on your campaigns.

This also means that you’re required to devote some of your time to learn how dropshipping really works and how you can list your products on eBay and do some of the essential tasks there.

This is, however, very different from what you are told in the sales video.

In my opinion, the promises and claims on their sales video are just to hype things up for you and lure you closer into their program.

So, I can safely say that there are NO shortcuts or secret systems that can truly provide you the outcome that you’re looking for when it comes to making money online.

It is definitely possible to learn –  even if you have no experience at all. But it will NOT happen automatically with just a tiny bit of work.

You’ll need to invest time, effort, and a bit of patience because it will take time before you can achieve a sustainable income online.

I urge you to think about this red flag before you decide to purchase this program.

Final verdict – legit or scam?

I have now provided you with all the essential info and red flags that I’ve gathered when I did my own research about this program. I think you’re more than capable of making the right decision.

So, is EZ Bay Payday a scam or a legit opportunity you can rely on?

Your answer will depend on your own perspective, experience, and budget, or if you find any value on the claims and features that they have shown you in their site.

To better help you in your decision-making process, let’s finish this review by summing up the pros and cons of this program.

Pros

  • Dropshipping is a legit business model pros
  • 60-day money-back guarantee

Cons

  • You can expect some expensive upsells after your initial payment cons
  • It’s NOT beginner-friendly
  • They are using fake testimonials on their sales video
  • Steve Richards is NOT a real person
  • They cannot guarantee your success

Honestly, I don’t recommend this program because it contains red flags that, in my opinion, make it a risky investment.

As for me, they should have been more transparent in providing you the total costs you need to invest before you can succeed in their program.

Another significant red flag for me is the way they stole a photo of another person and made it as a reference for Steve Richards, which, in my opinion, is unethical and underhanded tactic to fool their potential members into believing that it’s the photo of the real owner of their program.

Furthermore, I find it totally unacceptable that the testimonials seem to be from paid actors/actresses and not from real users.

I consider these red flags as deal-breakers, and I, therefore, urge you to find other legit opportunities online that can truly give you the results you deserve.
